Marsh harrier around the mere between 7:30-10:30 (male and a female/juv), given their activity surprised that no waders were flushed. About 100 mallard and 10 Teal. Pair of Kestrel here and at the Deer Park later. Flock of 100+ Linnet feeding on the coast path by Rainy Rock, 4 Wheatear, single Whitethroat otherwise quiet in the hedgerows. Lots of cranefly in the dewy grass, with plenty of pipits inc a calling
Tree pipit approaching Martins Haven. Swallows and housemartins making the most of the flylife here and later up at St Anne's.
