This morning, after high tide, there was a Curlew Sandpiper with the small waders on Poppit.
32 Dunlin, 46 Ringed Plover, 2 Turnstone and 3 Bar-tailed Godwit were typical of the counts over the last few days.
Later in the day Howard found 2 Curlew Sands and 11 Redshank further upstream.
This evenings surprise by The Webley was a flock of 21 Light-bellied Brent Geese looking as if they had just arrived as described by Phil below, preening and stretching their wings. This is possibly a record count for The Teifi
