A female Eider was fairly close in towards the shore at Broad Haven this afternoon. Apart from that, I spotted a few Red-throated Divers and a possible Great Northern Diver was further out.
Yesterday, at Marloes Mere, a female Goldeneye was a bit of a surprise, and amongst the other ducks present were 3 Tufted Duck and 2 male Gadwall. At least 3 Water Rail could be heard squealing from different parts of the Mere.
