Castlemartin Corse

No sooner had I arrived at the hide this morning than a harrier with a pale beige underside flew up the corse. A good but unconfirmed candidate for Rob's Pallid of yesterday, it disappeared towards Castlemartin and didn't reappear. Female and juv Marsh Harriers, Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, Red Kite and Buzzard contributed to a 6 raptor day. Great and Cattle Egrets flew past the hide and have beaten Little Egret to my year list! Lots of duck activity which was great to see.
