First visits of 2024 with Paul. Rosebush reservoir: 10 Teal, 6 Tufted duck (4m), 2 Coot, singles of GC grebe and Little grebe. Llys-y-fran: Adult Caspian gull the pick of another moderate roost, and for once we had open wing views as it vigorously preened. 6 Yellow-legged gulls (5 adult and a 2cy), 4 Mediterranean gulls, the ever present adult GBB gull. 7 Goldeneye (4m). Canada geese had risen to 180 and were joined by 40 Greylag.
