On Saturday 13th, sitting on Nikki’s bench at the West
Williamston reserve, at about 12.30, I watched two large groups (30+) of
large waders flying up the Carew River.
I could
not hear any calls and they were several hundred metres away. However, I
think they were Whimbrels. Did anyone else see them?
