2 Sanderling and a Knot where the highlights of today's jaunt around the peninsular. Good numbers of Redshank (54+), Curlew (70+), Greenshank (8), Little Egret (16), Ringed Plover (27) and Dunlin (30+) also.
The adult Yellow-legged Gull first seen on 10th is still present. Clean-headed when it arrived, it is now starting to develop it's characteristic winter hood.
A single Swift briefly was present at the mouth of the pill.
