Gann & Marloes

Late afternoon at the Gann quiet (in every sense) with 3 Ringed Plover (this one showing why it wasn't Pembrokeshire's first Semipalmated Plover), 2 Grey Heron, 2 Mute Swan and 2 Shelduck the notable birds.  A group of around 15-20 small-ish waders flying across the bay towards Dale remain in the misc wader category.  Lovely evening at Marloes Mere, highlights were the Glossy Ibis (west of the Britton Hide quite close to footpath at 7pm, 2 Teal (pair), 2 Shoveler (both drakes) and a Swift amongst the Swallows & House Martins.
