We are currently confined to barracks thanks to Covid, but we did see a female Pintail on the lagoon this afternoon before it flew off towards the saltmarsh.
Great Black-backed Gull green N:2G4 is from Cumbria. It was ringed on Walney Island on 6th July. We first saw it on 15th November, and again on 25th and 30th. Good to know it is still around. Details of the bird HERE. It's been an interesting month or so for colour-ringed Gulls at the Gann. Will do a separate post soon!
