Swifts in Milford Haven

From David Ramsey - My first glimpses of Swifts happened on 8th May, this is a full 3 days later than last year. UK bound Swifts must pass over the Pyrenees mountains and the weather there was strong northerly winds and rain. According to Mark Glanville, Bristol Swifts well over 100,000 swifts paused to feed on large wetlands in south-east France and finally able to cross the high peaks on Tuesday 10th and by yesterday the whole of the UK had reported swifts. I had a loose group of 5 over the house yesterday and again this morning.

Also a Peregrine hunting over the north-west of Milford Haven over the last few days. I don’t think it would waste time taking on a swift though.
